On December 28, 2024, OLICNC® celebrated its 20th anniversary. This event is not only a review and summary of the 20-year development process, but also a prospect and expectation for the future.

The joyous celebration scene shows OLICNC®'s emphasis on and promotion of corporate culture. During the sign-in and entry process, the beautifully designed background board and the video playback of employees' good wishes for the company made every participant immersed in the company's rich cultural atmosphere as soon as they entered the venue. From the difficult start of entrepreneurship to the gradual development and growth, these pictures show the solid footprints of OLI Company all the way forward, reflecting the company's cherishment and inheritance of its own development process, which is an important part of the company's corporate culture.

The celebration officially kicked off with the host's enthusiastic opening. First, General Ma nager Li gave a speech. General Manager Li's passionate and inspiring speech not only told the company's struggle in the fierce market competition, but also emphasized the efforts and dedication of all employees to the company's development. This is a vivid interpretation of the spirit of "unity, cooperation, hard work and enterprising" in OLI's corporate culture. Under the leadership of General Manager Li, the company adheres to the development concept of "people-oriented, unity and cooperation", motivating employees to give full play to their creative potential, thus driving the company forward.
The carefully prepared performances by the employees also brilliantly presented the corporate culture of Ouli. The chorus "Ouli Xingwang" sang out the sincere love and blessings of all employees for the company, and the song condensed the strong sense of collective honor and belonging of the Ouli family. The dance "Lovelor Front Alliance" was full of vitality, showing the employees' love for life and positive spirit, and also reflected the happy living culture advocated by the company. The lively three-sentence and sketches reproduced the little interesting things in the work in a humorous way, presenting the company's relaxed and harmonious working atmosphere and strong team cohesion.
At the celebration event, representatives of new employees, representatives of seven-year-old employees and representatives of ten-year-old employees spoke one after another. They told their experiences of growing up with the company from different angles: new employees grew rapidly under the influence of the company culture, and old employees interpreted the charm and value of Ouli with years of perseverance. Their stories are the recognition and practice of the company culture. Afterwards, General Manager Li presented the "Ten Years Meritorious Service Award" to pay the highest respect to the old employees who have made great contributions to the development of the company.
